With more than a decade of management and operations experience, Edgar "ets" Maloverian is the founder and CEO of HaVirtual. Prior to starting this project he served nearly 4 years in Skype Technologies at different positions mainly in technical operations field. Outside computers his passion is photography and billiard games.

Jaanus Kivistik

Jaanus is the co-founder and CTO of HaVirtual. He has been involved in software development and server backend operations since the end of '90-s. His last employment was at Skype where he was involved for 5 years in several backend systems and network related positions, last being Siteops Coreservices Teamlead. Outside work Jaanus plays a lot of tennis and tinkers with electronics and other technical gadgets.

OFFICE MANAGER

Tiina Pappel

Tiina keeps things under control and fills the office with positive energy. She loves organizing, achieving goals and working in little, effective and creative teams - before HaVirtual she had a refreshing 5 year era being designed and cultured by her two fantastic daughters. She spent three exciting years working in a small foundation managing the construction of Estonian brand-new art museum KUMU. Her passions are quantum physics, piano playing and she can absolutely not resist any high and skiable mountain.

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Lauri Parm

Lauri (a.k.a. Friik) has been managing Linux servers for quite a while. On his spare time he is usually still behind the computer. Before HaVirtual he was managing servers for Elion. Hobbies include programming and reverse engineering datafiles for various games.

Tanel Unt

Tanel is the benjamin of the company. Being a software development frosh he felt that his job as a sales consultant at Enter ITM wasn't ambitious enough, coupled with a strong desire for knowledge and professionalism he became a junior administrator at HaVirtual. In addition to computers and programming Tanel enjoys spending his time on various sports, especially running and bicycling.

JUNIOR SYSADMIN, DEVELOPER

Tõnis Bramanis

Joining HaVirtual, Tõnis resumed his IT-activities, which were at leisure when he earned his living as a photographer. HaVirtual was a suitable place to start collecting new experience in addition to the existing one. After work, he can be seen stalking around with his camera and playing basketball or volleyball.

Tanel Markson

Tanel started working with computers at the end of his high school years and has been workin in IT for 11 years now. On his free time he raises his little 2 year old daughter and fixes computers for friends. Other passions are phishing and cars.
